Are we covered for damage & theft to our products which may occur when we deliver to our customers?
Yes, we have a transit policy specifically for TLA members which can cover damage to or theft of items in transit whether with a courier, Australia post or staff member for delivery.
What happens when we have a product launch and an influx of stock?
If a launch i.e. IPhone is happening and your store will be receiving additional stock, call or email us and we can have the cover extended to a higher sum insured for a temporary period anywhere from a week to 3 months.
